In addition, there are visitor management systems, turnstile/boom harriers, and intrusion alarm systems.
Additionally, in certain situations, we consult with the OEM and train our engineers in accordance with any new services or special requirements from the client.
Scope of work
During the term of this agreement, the company will service all defective parts or correct errors in the system (equipment) and provide onsite services by skilled personnel to perform corrective maintenance of the said system (equipment). The company will also provide all services required for the upkeep and maintenance of the systems in question. Additionally, the business will supply the following:
a) Keeping the aforementioned equipment in optimal operating condition.
b) On-call corrective and remedial maintenance that is not scheduled.
The maintenance services will be performed by qualified and skilled staff. Nonetheless, the business may use its approved Support Partners to perform maintenance services under this Agreement.
In the event that the aforementioned System (Equipment) is damaged, malfunctions, or deviates from the specifications, the firm will, if necessary, perform any necessary repairs and replacements at the costs provided for the spare parts, with no labor charges applied. Only after reaching a mutual agreement and receiving the client’s written consent can such work be completed.
